  • Do we require any facial tools?

    No. You do not need any facial tools. Entire program teaches you to use your hands, fingers and palms to practice face yoga routines.

  • What are the videos like?

    There are over 100 pre-recorded HD videos. Videos range from 1 minute long videos to over 30 mins for guided sessions. All videos are voice guided and instructions are given in English. However, if you don’t speak English, you can simply look at the video and follow physical instructions. Videos are self explanatory without the audio too.

  • Can we rewatch the videos?

    Yes, you will have your own log-in account upon payment and you can access it anytime for 1 year. The videos will remain in the account for you to watch over and over again.

  • What scientific evidence is available on face yoga?

    Research carried out by the Northwestern university in the USA stated that 20 weeks of face yoga reduced age by 3 years (average) in 20 participants. Another revolutionary study done on a pair of twin doctors by The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method for BBC (UK) proved that face yoga reduced age by 1 year (in twin 1) against the ‘vampire facial’ treatment of $1000 (in twin 2) that lasts 6 months. Vampire facials in fact made the age look 1 year older in twin 2. The Palsy Association and the Stroke Association also recommends face yoga for rehabilitation purposes.

  • How long does it take to see results?

    Visible results start showing within 2 weeks of regular routines of face yoga, and more permanent and long-lasting results are experienced from 2 months to 4 months. Users will experience reversing of ageing signs within 21 days. Eventually, the timeline of results will vary depending upon different skin types and lifestyles. Some clients show positive results within 7 days too.

  • What if I stop doing face yoga?

    No problem. Face will not suddenly droop or drop. Facial muscles have relatively better muscle memory and retain elasticity for much longer. Face yoga can be picked up again much easily after a break.

  • Can face yoga be practiced after cosmetic invasive procedures /surgeries?

    Absolutely. It is safe to do face yoga after Botox, fillers or any invasive surgeries once the doctor advises as a “safe to go”. There is usually a period of 2 weeks rest after these procedures before any exercise can be performed or resumed. Please consult your doctor before starting face yoga. Face yoga will however, reduce the need for these procedures and will help maintain the lift for much longer. Face yoga promotes body positivity through natural looking skin and clients often find it better to replace cosmetic procedures with face yoga.

  • Will it harm my skin in any way?

    Face Yoga is unique and understands the longevity of results without any side-effects. Unlike other face building courses out there which drag and pull the skin frantically to produce short-term results, Face Yoga uses gentle and scientifically approved techniques that works through all the 3 layers (hypodermics, dermis and epidermis) of the skin and promotes long-term results and benefits. Face Yoga techniques adapt both ancient and modern techniques in a controlled and conscious way for developing youthful and healthy skin.

  • Are there any contraindications?

    Absolutely NO. There are no contradictions and side-effects of Face Yoga. It is designed consciously to promote only positive results.

  • Will it reduce the need for make-up, skin creams and moisturisers?

    No. In fact, face yoga is extremely helpful for make-up artists and influencers as it reverses any damage from constant use of cosmetics. Face yoga will provide a much healthier and glowing base for make-up. Secondly, moisturisers, sunscreens and hydrating skin creams are essential to provide hydration for outer skin or epidermis. Face yoga will help in better absorption of moisturisers and cream when applied while doing face exercises.

  • How will face yoga help me save money in the long run?

    Face yoga naturally lifts the face and neck, by enabling production of collagen and elastin in the skin. Collagen and elastin are natural plumping and firming agents in the body and their production decreases with damage, stress and ageing. Face yoga ensures that the skin is in its peak health and regularly producing collagen and elastin. In contrast, Botox, filler injections, face sculpting surgeries and vampire facials require regular ‘top ups’ that have costs starting from $1000 for just one sitting.
