There are over 100 pre-recorded HD videos. Videos range from 1 minute long videos to over 30 mins for guided sessions. All videos are voice guided and instructions are given in English. However, if you don’t speak English, you can simply look at the video and follow physical instructions. Videos are self explanatory without the audio too.
